Parents are responsible for getting their dancers to the venue by 5:30 pm on Sunday, February 14th. Masks should be worn by dancers and parents at all times unless performing on stage (this includes during convention classes). Please expect temperature checks as well.

We have also attached the latest updated guidelines for the Jacksonville event. Please note the following:
- Dancers and audience members should arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your studio’s first dance of the day.
- Dressing room space is limited. Each dressing room has a firm capacity limit dictated by the venue. Please limit the number of parents in the dressing room – do not bring in additional family members. We suggest that dancers arrive in their first costume of the day.
- All staff, teachers, dancers, prop handlers, and spectators will be required to wear a mask at all times. The only exception is that dancers will not be required to wear a mask on stage while dancing, but will of course not be penalized if they choose to wear a mask on stage. Dancers must wear a mask to and from the dressing rooms to backstage. Once backstage, dancers may remove their masks before they are called to perform. They then must put their mask back on after they exit the stage. We suggest dancers bring bags for their masks (*our studio will provide these), and we will have a table backstage where dancers can leave their bags while performing.
- Dancers will not be on stage during the adjudicated awards presentations, but they may watch from the audience. The adjudicated awards will also be livestreamed. Studio directors will pick-up their adjudicated plaques and pins after the block.

Don’t forget your mask! Please use the checklist under Documents for supplies, correct tights color and hair requirements. DO NOT BE LATE! Your team is counting on you. At 5:30 pm, your dancer should be in their first costume with hair and makeup done and checked in backstage.

Parents are responsible for their children after they perform all of their dances on stage. They should be supervised by an adult at all times while at the venue. Please pick your dancer up promptly from the dressing room after they are done performing and make sure they change out of costume. We may be backstage with another dance from our studio so please be patient if your dancer does not return backstage immediately after dancing.

Awards are scheduled around 8 pm. Dancers have the option to attend awards or to leave the venue and watch them live. For this event, dancers will be done after they perform.

Final awards such as overalls will be announced on Hall of Fame’s website on Monday. These will be posted on Team App as soon as they become available. Be sure to turn on your “Live Scores” notifications in Team App so that you get notified.
