We are meeting inside the lobby.

Please keep in mind that we will have rehearsal at the studio 4:30 – 6:00 pm (3:30 – 4:30 pm for Petites) on Friday, April 13th. We recommend using both checklists under Documents to help you pack for this trip.

For workshops, all dancers should wear convention attire with a professional bun and bring jazz shoes. Dancers must have shoes on at all times – this includes jazz shoes while taking the workshop. Our studio Disney tank tops cannot be worn to workshops and should be reserved for visiting the parks. These tank tops will be distributed on Friday during rehearsal.

Our Meeting Place is tentatively set for the lobby parking lot of the Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. Check back on Team App Saturday morning for any possible changes by the transportation company. You will be looking for a large Pegasus charter bus.

All dancers age 10 and under will have a workshop at Disney first thing in the morning on Saturday, April 14th which requires they meet in the parking lot at 8:15 am (done and ready for pick up in the parking lot around 11 am). Dancers age 11 and up will need to meet in the parking lot on Saturday, April 14th at 10:15 am (done and ready for pick up in the parking lot around 2 pm). Please feed your dancer a hearty breakfast with protein! Dancers are free from the time their workshop is over until 5 pm.

All dancers will need to meet in the parking lot again at 5 pm to head to the backstage area of Disney Springs “Marketplace Stage” with hair and make-up done in first costume. Parents are not allowed backstage and must arrange their own transportation to the venue. Our performance will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Dancers will head back to the parking lot via charter bus as soon as they perform and will need to be picked up immediately. Per Disney policy, dancers cannot be picked up by the stage and must be picked up in the hotel parking lot.
